Thank you for your interest in our Sweepstakes / Giveaway Terms. Here you will find our general terms and conditions of our sweepstakes / giveaways, unless specified otherwise on the giveaway itself:

*By entering our sweepstakes / giveaways from Crazy for a Deal, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

*No purchase necessary and no donations necessary to enter to win. Sweepstakes / Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States 18 years and older only. Void Where Prohibited by law.

*Odds of winning depend on total number of entries. Each prize will have a separate winner drawn either using a random number selector through random.org or rafflecopter.com.

*Sweepstakes / Giveaways end at 12:01 am EST on date indicated on the Rafflecopter or post unless otherwise stated. Winners will be notified by email after the sweepstakes / giveaways have ended. After 48 hours if the winner has not replied, a new winner will be drawn. We will verify that the winner met all requirements for the giveaway including completing the various methods of entry listed above. We reserve the right to select another winner if the original winner person does not meet all requirements mentioned above.  Including those who have not verified their email addresses for newsletters. Duplicate entries will be removed and excessive duplicate entries will result in disqualification from receiving any prizes.

*Crazy for a Deal and all other Blogs/Websites participating in the event are not liable or responsible for the delivery of or shipping of, condition of prize upon receipt or satisfaction with any of the prizes donated by outside sponsors.

*Prizes are non-transferable. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any other costs or expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

*Crazy for a Deal and/or Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or typographical errors; identity disputes related to the winner. Crazy for a Deal will be held harmless in the event the prize has negative impacts on the winner or someone the winner gives the item to.

*This giveaway is in no way affiliated with or sponsored by Facebook, Twitter, Google or any other website. It is sponsored by the participating blogs. By entering, you release Facebook, Twitter, Google and any other websites from any liability. You are providing information to Crazy for a Deal and/or other participating blogs and not to Facebook, Twitter, Google or any other website.

*We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. By signing up for email newsletter in one of the entries you are agreeing to receive emails from us. We promise not to spam, harass or contact you directly on any non-related topics. We promise not to harvest, sell, or use your email address or information for anything inappropriate. We will post a list of names of the winners of each prize but will not include emails, contact information or personal information on any print or online publication.

*Unless otherwise indicated there will be one winner per sweepstakes / giveaway.

*Odds of winning is determined by the number of eligible entries received.
