Wine and Easel:
My friend Lisa and I went to the Wine and Easel for my birthday this year. It had just opened and I wanted to check it out, but I can’t draw. Hmmm…..
I called and scheduled the appointment based on the painting that I wanted to do. I picked a coffee cup and I was sure it would look like a brown blob, but I was happy to see this when we walked in the door.
When we first got there we saw that they have the drawing on your Easel and canvas already! Woo! Mine may actually look like it should. I have my Easel all ready to go…
And my paint…

I brought a bottle and they had a bottle opener and these cute plastic cups that look like glasses. Classy.

BOOM! Here’s me showing off my coffee painting. I got a little crazy with the yellow steam or whatever.
I made coffee, Lisa made hot chocolate. I have mine hanging up in my kitchen now (it’s done in the “theme” of coffee, hence why I wanted to do this painting). I love it and when I am in the kitchen I look at it and it reminds me of this night and how much fun we had.
