My son turns 9 today!
Sadly Justin Bieber turns 19 today. For some reason my son hates JB more than about anything in the world. It likely has something to do with the Biebs being a “teen heart throb” or something and making all the girls in his class every year remind him that he shares a birthday with him. Here’s hoping that the Biebs has lost the 9 year old girls’ interest this year so my son can have a Bieber reference free birthday.
So Happy Birthday to my son and not to JB. JB has enough people wishing him a happy birthday I’m sure.
(Sidenote, I found out it’s Dr. Seuss‘ birthday tomorrow – March 2nd. I’d much rather have a birthday share with Dr. Seuss!)
In related news: it’s the anniversary of the day I became a mom!! I have cookies and cakes to make!
I’ll upload cake photos after the party. I’ve learned everyone says, “Nice cake, I already saw it on facebook or your blog” when they arrive. Not this year! The pig cakes and the Minecraft cake are going to be epic, I hope!!
