Chee is in 1st grade and they’re working on them “sounding it out” and not really working on how to spell yet. I think it’s more about first grade phonics, which is great and all – but I wanted to share with you her classwork about Liquids.
Heck, knowing that the category is liquids – what do you think they spell? I’ll amend this post with the right answers once she gets home and can help me out.

OK so she got home and confirmed what they all are:
Sprite, Rootbeer, Diet Grapefruit, Chemicals, Water, and Soap.

You only missed two. Diet Grapefruit and Chemicals. Glad it was liquids and not drinks.

My guesses are: Sprite, Root Beer, Diet Grape Root (beer) vie never even heard of this flavor- does it exist? if so, I need to know- it sounds awesome!!!, I have no idea what this one says but think it has to do with milk? The picture looks like a milkshake or the Seattle Space Needle, water and soup.

*The diet grapefruit is a soda stream flavor that we get a lot. Her favorite is Sprite and the boy’s is rootbeer…those were easier but chemicals had me.
