http://www.couponmom.com/ has a function where you can sort by percent off at stores, where you can enter your area and look do a coupon database search, and has nice lists.

Zuuzs coupons, deals, and cash back programs. Check them out to see what they have to offer. They offer $5 free when you sign up under a friend’s link. You can be my friend. :)

Hi you should really add NashvilleCouponSpot.com into this list. For Nashville (and a few other places right now) it is hard to beat. I know the team that is working on the syndication technology and they have many business deals on this platform already!
